Senior Jaiden Stewart, from the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, was the team captain for Xavier’s track and field sprinting team. He was the senior class representative to the African American Culture Club. His volunteer activities, included Xavier Missions food pantry and the  SS Soccer Academy. He will be an entering freshman in the fall at Brandeis University, in Massachusetts, where he plans to study journalism.

Not limiting the scope of mission to “impact” young men to just high school, the Foundation recognized a young man which had already embarked on his college journey. Ryan Brown, a former student at Xavier High School, is  currently enrolled as a sophomore  at St. John’s University. While Ryan has had many trials, setbacks and obstacles to overcome, his drive passion and commitment is undeniable. In recognizing Ryan and providing a level of financial support, the Foundation continues to have an “impact”!
